In 10th year as assistant coach at Western ... Received bachelor's degree in sociology at Western in 1994 ... Three-time NAIA All-American, placing fourth at national meet in heptathlon in 1996, fifth in 400 hurdles in 1994 and seventh as member of 4x100 relay in 1996 ... Three-time NAIA National Scholar-Athlete ... Still holds school outdoor records for 400 meters (55.69) and 400 hurdles (1:00.36), both set in 1994 ...
