BELLINGHAM, Wash. - Western Washington University's Pee Wee Halsell has been named United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association West Region Indoor Track Men's Coach of the Year for 2013.

It was the second men's regional indoor track honor for Halsell, who is in his 26th year coaching men's and women's cross country and track and field for the Vikings.
