Both WWU squads shooting for fourth straight trip to nationals

College: Redshirted 2008 cross country season...personal bests of 1:57 in 800, 4:00 in 1500, 9:40 in Steeplechase...competed for WWU on cross country teams that placed 10th nationally in 2010 and 2011... Had cross country best times of 26:06 in 8K and 32:19 in 10K in 2011 ... Team captain in cross country for 2012 ... Competed on GNAC winning outdoor track team title in 2010.

High School: Attended Lakeside High School...competed in State Cross Country three years (2004-07) and in State Track two (2007-08) in 1600 and 3200...personal bests of 2:06 in 800, 4:26 in 1600, and 9:49 in 3200...four letters in cross country, four in wrestling, and three in track.
