11 Vikings named GNAC academic all-stars

Brill, Breihof, Brisky and Hartnett honored for third time

College: Redshirted indoor/outdoor track in 2009 while studying abroad in Germany...transferred from Seattle University after freshman year (2007-2008)...GNAC Academic All-Star Team in cross country and track...competed for Western at cross country nationals in 2008 and 2010 as both teams placed tenth...placed seventh in the 800 at Indoor nationals in 2009 to earn All-America recognition...currently holds school records in outdoor 800 in 2:11.45, indoor 800 in 2:11.83, and as member of indoor distance medley relay in 11:46.27...personal track bests of 2:11.45 in 800 and 4:39 in 1500 ... Best time in cross country 6K is 22:10 ... USTFCCCA West Region all-star and GNAC academic all-star in 2011, helping Vikings place 12th at nationals.
