Personal track bests of 1:06.61 in 400 hurdles, 5:07.25 in 1500 and 12:57.35 in 3000 steeplechase ... Personal cross country bests of 20:52 in 5K and 24:51 in 6K. High School: Graduate of Niwot High School in Longmont, Colorado... Competed in state cross country championships from 2007 to 2009... Competed in state track meet from 2007 to 2010, earning 11 state medals... Personal bests of 15.83 in 100 hurdles, 45.98 in 300 hurdles, 60.39 in 400, 2:18.8 in 800, 5:39 in 1600, 13:02 in 3200, 4-11 in the high jump, and 20:04 in cross country 5000...
