Stafford Scores 12 Points in D2 All-Star Game

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. -- Western Washington University senior guard Taylor Stafford scored 12 points, connecting on four 3-pointers, while playing on the victorious East squad in the 2017 NABC/Reese's Division II All-Star Game.

The game was played at the Sanford Pentagon as part of the NCAA Division II Elite 8 festivities. 

Stafford (Chicago, IL) scored his 12 points on 4-for-13 shooting, and added 6 assists, 5 rebounds and 2 steals as the East squad beat the West in an up-tempo 125-114 game.

Stafford is the fourth WWU player to appear in the D2 All-Star game, joining Ryan Diggs (2006), Ira Graham (2009) and Austin Bragg (2014).
