Directed Vikings to seven straight NCAA Division II National Team Championships from 2005-11 (varsity eight and varsity four each won six national titles during that run), runner-up finishes at nationals in 2002, 2003 and 2012; and third place in 2004 and 2014 ... WWU ranked No.1 nationally in 2002, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010, 2011 and 2012 in final USRowing/Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association NCAA II National Poll ... Has coached 23 CRCA All-Americans ... CRCA NCAA II National Coach of the Year in 2005, 2007 and 2008 ... Western Intercollegiate Rowing Association Coach of the Year in 2011 and Northwest Collegiate Rowing Conference Coach of the Year in 2001, 2005, 2007, and 2008 ...
