Enters 21st year as head women's rowing coach at WWU in 2018-19 ... directed Vikings to eight NCAA Division II National Team Championships, winning the national championship in 2017 after seven straight national championships from 2005-11 (varsity eight and varsity four each won six national titles during 2005-11 run, while varsity four placed 1st in 2017 with varsity eight finishing 2nd), runner-up finishes at nationals in 2002, 2003, 2012 and 2018; and third place in 2004, 2014 and 2016 ... led Vikings to the NCAA Championships 17 of last 18 seasons ... WWU ranked No. 1 nationally in 2002, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2017 in final USRowing/Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association NCAA II National Poll ... Has coached 26 CRCA All-Americans ... CRCA NCAA II National Coach of the Year in 2005, 2007, 2008 and 2017 ... led Pocock/CRCA Division II Staff of the Year in 2017 ...
