Directed Vikings to seven straight NCAA Division II National Team Championships from 2005-11 (varsity eight and varsity four each won six national titles during that run), runner-up finishes at nationals in 2002, 2003 and 2012; and third place in 2004 ... WWU ranked No.1 nationally in 2002, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010, 2011 and 2012 in final USRowing/Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association NCAA II National Poll ... Has coached 22 CRCA All-Americans ... CRCA NCAA II National Coach of the Year in 2005, 2007 and 2008 ...
